Renault SA aims for '110 percent'
'GOOD IS NO LONGER GOOD ENOUGH'
September 30, 2009
Renault SA has launched a national campaign aimed at improving delivery by its dealers.
The "110 Percent Campaign", which will go public this week, will see staff at Renault SA’s head office and dealers around the country going out of their way to improve the Renault sales, after-sales and service experience.
Vice-president for quality and service Tim Marriot said: "Customers expect 100 percent service delivery - and rightly so - we want to go one step better. The 110 Percent Campaign is aimed at ensuring that our dealers deliver even more than expected.”
Marriot said the campaign was launched to the Renault dealer network during a national road show in late August and was received with tremendous enthusiasm
"Our entire dealer staff and head office team have committed to the campaign and confirmed that by signing a special Renault Sandero that toured the country as part of the road show.”
Renault staff will place particular emphasis on assisting customers at every level of the organisation.
Marriot said: "We want our customers to feel welcome from the moment they step into a Renault dealer and be delighted by the service they get.
"Good is no longer good enough, especially in this tough economic climate. We need to exceed customers' expectations so that every aspect - an enquiry, a new vehicle, a service or a repair - leaves them 110 percent satisfied."
